In addition to a background and experience in real estate, Richard brings over 25 years of international experience as a corporate senior marketing and sales executive. His real estate experience in California spans over eight years where a thorough understanding of the coastal California properties ahs been developed. His strong interest in real estate includes previous active licenses in Texas and Georgia.

A civil engineering degree from University of Oklahoma, business administration at SMU and an executive program from Stanford, gives him a well-rounded background in providing a very professional approach in serving clients.

ABOUT MELANIE ~ An extensive sales and marketing background combined with knowledge of the coastal area offers clients an opportunity to work with a truly enthusiastic and dedicated real estate professional. As a long time resident of Orange County, she began her career as a sales associate with a leading homebuilder and later as a sales associate for a full service brokerage in the coastal area.

Melanie graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Public Relations. Her communications and public relations studies have provided a sound basis for her interpersonal skills and also her knowledge in advertising and marketing. In addition, an early corporate sales career provided special skills and techniques in presenting, negotiating and closing sales.

Melanie enjoys working with families and helping them find their perfect home in the perfect community. She is the mother of two children, so she understands the importance of placing families in the right home to fit their needs.
